Overview
We have designed our "Earn and Learn" internship programme to give full-time students at LUBC a head-start in their career related to their studies. It provides them with a more flexible career path to better support their transition into the workforce and build on the skills and knowledge acquired during their time at LUBC.
Participating students can enter the progamme within three years of graduation. Enrolled students in the programme can expect a structured career progression pathway within the participating organizations. This programme has been developed in collaboration with the RVi Group to ensure relevance to future employers and their respective growth sectors.
Undergraduate
Earn and Learn is specially designed for full-time LUBC students residing in Bangkok. The programme includes facilitated learning, on-the-job training and work-based projects.
Biz-Innovate Participants
Beyond an internship we offer Biz-Innovate students exclusive pathways into our foundation and degree programmes. At the end of the programme, participants will receive certification or career advancement based on performance.
Employers
The Earn and Learn programme is also a valuable opportunity for potential employers to recruit local talent and prepare them to take up suitable job roles within their organization.
